Build 01 · Content studio
An attorney-led content engine
I architected a user-generated content model built on expert-led video and podcasts, then stood up the production and distribution partner to scale it across practice groups.
Sales operations, growth programs, and go-to-market operating models, now applied to AI-informed client development. I design the system, hire the team, and scale it across sales, marketing, and operations.
Today I lead Client Development at Gray Reed as Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer. Before that, 20+ years at PwC, McKesson Specialty Health, Stonebridge Consulting, and The Adecco Group, where I ran a $5B national sales program and grew the Greater Texas market to $1.4B.

What I build
Segmentation, account planning, pipeline governance, forecasting cadence, and the tools and data that make a sales team faster.

Now · Gray Reed
Since August 2025, I've led the firm's Client Development engine: Marketing & Brand, Business Development, Events, and Marketing Technology/Data Operations. My mandate is to humanize the firm, modernize how it goes to market, and build repeatable systems that help attorneys win.
Build 01 · Content studio
I architected a user-generated content model built on expert-led video and podcasts, then stood up the production and distribution partner to scale it across practice groups.
Build 02 · AI visibility
AI engines now shape how clients and referral sources pick a firm. I embedded AEO into our brand strategy and built an analytics layer that tracks the firm's visibility through 100+ managed prompts.
Build 03 · Operating model
Attorney business planning, client intelligence enablement, dashboards and KPIs, ROI reporting, and an awards and rankings strategy. I wove AI into prospecting and research so it lives in the operating model, not beside it.
Build 04 · Platform
I launched a brand strategy and web modernization initiative to unify messaging across the law firm and its Advisory practice, and I'm running the RFP to modernize the firm's CRM.
Case files
Each of these started without a playbook, a team, or a process. The common thread is the same: design the operating model, earn buy-in across a matrixed organization, and measure what moves.
I designed the operating model for PwC's Priority Accounts program: segmentation, annual account planning, market intelligence, and pipeline governance across 450 accounts in 30+ subsectors. I hired 80% of the team from outside the firm and grew it to 22 people across sales, operations, and enablement.
YoY revenue growth
A restructuring folded two markets into Greater Texas, spanning Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and part of Arkansas. I led a team of 15 client strategists, built one team identity out of several, and ran business development training for sales and client service staff.
Market revenue
We had about 500 managed accounts and 14,000+ opportunistic ones, with a small team. I led the build of a playbook that standardized how we research accounts, buyers, and competitors, so every partner conversation started sharper.
When PwC launched its relationship with OpenAI, I applied the same sales operations playbook to a partner motion: account registration, pipeline governance, a demand generation campaign, and the commercial agreement behind it.
My greatest accomplishment is the people. I've coached high-potential team members who were regularly tapped for leadership roles across the organization. It's bittersweet to watch a standout move on, but feeding the company's succession plan is the job.
Track record
Consulting delivery, then portfolio management, then sales operations and growth programs, now client development. Every stop involved building something that didn't exist yet.
How I lead
"The most damaging phrase in the language is 'We've always done it this way.'"
Rear Admiral Grace Murray Hopper · The line I lead by
I like helping organizations find the real business problem and solve it in a way that keeps paying off. I started in program management and business optimization, then moved into sales operations and demand generation. That path gave me a people-first, business-first way of leading.
Helping people reach their full potential, and using data and technology to get measurable results. I love turning raw data into insight, then helping a team use that insight to do something new.
What drives them, what they value, and how they solve problems alone and with others. And once they've made their case, that they'll stand behind the decision we land on.
I've taken AI to market alongside a partner, and I use it every day in my own function. It earns its keep when it's built into how a team researches, targets, and measures, not bolted on afterward.
